West Vincent Elementary Organizational Meeting
While it will be difficult for many of us to say goodbye to familiar friends and faculty, it is time to look forward to plan our future and become a part of OJR history at our new school!
We will be accomplishing the following goals at this meeting:
- Call for a vote to officially become a PTA
- Vote on the official name of the PTA
- Vote on dues
- Vote on officers (we will call names from the floor and vote on each officer separately).
- Vote on bylaws
If you cannot be at the meeting and would like to be nominated for an officer’s seat, please email your name to Marilyn Hemstreet at hemstreet1@comcast.net
The meeting will be conducted by Michelle Morrow, Pennsylvania PTA President-Elect and Sandy Sutton, PTA Council President.
Barbara Guy, W.V. Elementary Principal will also be present. This is a good opportunity to say hello and introduce yourself.
We look forward to seeing all of you at this important meeting!

The French Creek Valley PTA will be supplying hot dogs and drinks. Families with last names beginning with A-M are asked to bring salads and names beginning with N-Z are asked to bring dessert. There will be tours of the building and lots and lots of dancing and fun.
